10 outfits you can sew yourself

I used to not love all the items in my wardrobe—until I decided to fill my closet only with me-mades (and the occasional thrifted gem). Now, whenever something catches my eye on Pinterest—or even just on the street—because of the shape, the color combo, or the overall vibe, I don’t just admire it: I make the dang thing. It’s so much better than store-bought items! I can make it fit perfectly, it’s always in a fabric and color I adore, and the best part: I can always afford it—even an evening gown.

All of this is possible because I sew my own clothes. And no, you don’t need to be a pattern-drafting designer to do it yourself! There are so many amazing sewing patterns out there!
